No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, purity, and handling integrity of all products once they leave our facility.

 

No Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare and unfortunate event you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit or if you believe you received the incorrect item, you must contact us at info@airebioscience.com within 3 business days of receiving the item. Please include clear photos of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or refund. Please give us a chance to make it right for you, we want you to be happy.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, including product selection and shipping information, are correct prior to checkout. We are not liable for errors made during the ordering process.
